Chuck Taylor, MS, MBA, MBB

Chuck Taylor is a principal and Human Capital Solution Group leader for GE Healthcare Partners. Human capital solutions include practices within workforce development (e.g., talent acquisition, total rewards, performance management and talent development) and workforce management (e.g., demand-based staffing, daily shift management, labor productivity and management structure). He has strong experience in management and leadership practices that focus on creating and sustaining high performing healthcare organizations via capabilities such as: strategic planning and activation; governance and operating calendar; management system, leadership or talent system; talent development; program and integration management office; outcomes-based process improvement; and, change management.

For over 30 years, Chuck has held leadership roles across several GE businesses. He’s worked as a GE business general manager, US marketing leader, region chief operating officer, and master back belt (MBB) responsible for managing pricing for a billion plus distribution business. He started his GE career at GE Global Research. The past ten plus years Chuck has consulted exclusively in healthcare, adapting and adopting GE best practices aimed at creating and sustaining high performing organizations and teams. He has led transformational type engagements with clients such as: Palmetto Health; Partners HealthCare; Ochsner Health System; Community Health Network; RWJ Barnabas Health; and, Navicent Health.

Chuck earned a Master of Business Administration from University of New Haven, and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He is certified as a GE Master Black Belt and Change Management Coach, and is a graduate of GE’s Management Development Course, taught at the John F. Welch Leadership Center.
